It could be that final hurdle in the journey that only a few live to tell the benefits of  staying the course of taking risks.

Can you think of moments where you can say, I did that and I have no regrets, and then share a moment where, deep down inside, you wish, you could have taken a few risks.

Thank you God for it is Done

It is about helping more people.

My wife was talking to a friend of ours yesterday, this friend said something that stayed with her. she shared the idea with me and it made an impact on me as well. she said,” she is duty bound to share with all of her family, friends and acquaintences something she finds that is good regardless” she attributed this attitude to her religious training.

I wonder how many of our friends, family and acquaintences who are suffering from the lack of our sharing with them what we found helpful, we are reluctant to share because of fear of rejection, indifference, not wanting to offend anyone,  and selfishness.

It help me evaluate my own intentions and reason to share  with everyone the information that caused me to live free of gout, able to run, have mental clarity again as in my youth and so much more.

How I got rid of Gout.

 For over ten years I suffered with a condition called Gout. I have heard all kinds of descriptions regarding this condition. “king’s disease” “rich man’s disease” “painful ” etc. whatever it was called I can tell you from personal experiences, it was not a good experience.
I remember when I flew in from Argentina to Texas one time, my ankle was so swollen I ended up on a wheel chair from one airport to the other. and there were times, I cant even walk to the bathroom in my own house. I crawled.

In 2010, I can remember throughout the whole year, I was in pain for about two weeks a month for several months. I was more afraid of what could happen to me as a result of my high uric acid in my body, one of the doctors told me if I let this condition continue, it could lead to a stroke or something more seriious.

Running Again

in 2008, I tore a minicus on my left knee and I had orthoscopic knee surgery to repair it. and with the acute attack of gout throughout 2010 the last thing I thought of when it came to exercise was jogging. I had bad knees and the pain on my ankles was too much to bear.
